Being You: Enneagram Audio Course
As a part of joining the community you have access to Being You, the 12-module Enneagram audio course. This course serves as a reference point for all your questions about the vast Enneagram system. The course is delivered in a podcast format, breaking all the parts of the Enneagram down into bitesized chunks, delivered with enthusiasm and clarity. The course serves as support for our community discussions and can be consumed over a weekend or over the lifetime of your enrollment. You choose your pace.
Weekly Coaching Calls
During our weekly coaching calls, we create space to bring us energetically together, unified in conversation around a topic. Whitney will lead these calls, in a blend of content and coaching. While attendance is not required at these calls, it is encouraged. It's through sharing ourselves that we gain a deeper understanding our our motivations and set ourself free.
Ask Me ENNEA-thing
Whitney has set aside time every week to answer all of your Enneagram questions and address any individual coaching conversations. These hours are fluid, fun, and intended as a free space to pop in and out and receive support.
Monthly Themes
Each month we will dive deeper into a theme. Themes range from deepening our understanding of the Nine Types to exploring how our core fears and desires affect how we show up in relationships, communication, parenting, business and finances. We will use our community as a resources, learning more about our own types and gaining a better understanding of how to best communicate with the other types in our life.

- A one way street. I am not on a pedestal as your teacher. You will teach each others just as much as I can offer. Show up for your community and watch yourself explode.

WHAT IS THE ENNEAGRAM?
The Enneagram is an ancient system that describes 9 universal personality types. Each number has a core fear and desire which was formed in childhood and motivates our adult behavior.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
When you find your Enneagram number, you also find language to articulate the “WHY” behind your actions. When we know our “why,” we can gain self acceptance, change patterns that no longer serve us, and share ourselves more confidently with others.
You can find your number by researching each type, taking an online assessment like the IEQ9, or consulting with an Enneagram Professional like me!
WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM THE ENNEAGRAM?
I have yet to come across an individual who did not benefit from learning their Enneagram. This tool is made for everyone to learn and level up themselves. Those who benefit the most from the Enneagram use it to break old patterns that no longer serve them.
WHY DO WE NEED IT?
When we work with our Enneagram, we release judgement and grow in self compassion. When we practice these skills with ourselves, we are able to offer this gift to others.
